Annual Membership Fees

ASATA’s membership fees are reviewed annually

2025 Membership Fees: Travel MembersFee incl. VAT
Application fee (must accompany application form)R1 100.00
Membership fee per annumR12 335.00
Membership fee for travel agents will be determined by the number of Consultants of an applicant.
· A travel business with one (1) consultant shall pay 25% of the prescribed subscription fee
· A travel business with two (2) consultants shall pay 50% of the prescribed subscription fee
· A travel business with three or more consultants shall pay 100% of the subscription fee as determined annually by the Board.

Membership fee is valid for the period 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.

  • A member admitted between the first of April and the first of October must pay the full membership fee for the current year.
  • A member admitted after the first of October must pay half the annual membership fee.

Travel Member

This membership is for Travel Agents, Travel Advisors, Travel Management Companies and Tour Operators, whos core business is to sell travel experiences, including flights, accommodation, and tours, directly to individual travellers, businesses, or other travel professionals.

Partner Member

This membership is designed for travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, and travel insurance providers who offer their products and services directly to travellers or through travel consultancies.
