Airlines resume frequencies to SA

Qatar Airways: Will operate 21 weekly flights to and from South Africa starting 13 January 2022. The airline will resume double daily services from Johannesburg, a daily service from Cape Town and four weekly tagged flights to Durban. Only transit passengers will be allowed to board QR services, and transit via Hamad International Airport to the airline’s 140 destinations worldwide. 

Qantas: After 20 months, Qantas resumed thrice-weekly flights to and from South Africa on 4 January. Departures from SA will take place every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
